Your CCS personal payroll specialist helps make it easy. You may telephone or FAX your payroll information to CCS. Or use a PC to connect to our system, which gives you the convenience of your company’s payroll information at your fingertips. With CCS, you get detailed records, payroll journals, employee earnings statements, department summaries and more. Checks that are ready for distribution to your employees in 24 hours, or your employees’ earnings can be electronically deposited directly into their bank accounts each payday.
CCS payroll system can accommodate Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, 401K employee and employer contributions and distribution of expenses and liabilities to General Ledger accounts. The benefits portion provides time saving information on employees accrued vacation, sick and personal time. Employee quarter and year-to-date earnings are produced at the end of each quarter as well as W2’s at year end.
Optionally, you can choose to use the Federal and State payroll Tax Reporting Service. This service electronicaly deposits your payroll taxes through EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System), and generates all appropriate returns when they are due.
